Food Project #2 | BelFeast (Ferment, Pickle & Preserve)

Join us on Sunday 25th March at 12pm, for an an interactive workshop considering a number of resourceful food practices. Through discussion and instructed activity, participants will learn how to ferment, pickle, and preserve a selection of local produce. As part of the workshop, refreshments will be provided throughout, and participants will leave with a jar to take home their ferments and pickles.
