This class is for anyone who makes coffee at home and who just wants to know a little bit more about what they're drinking. Over two hours we’ll start at the coffee farm and work our way through its journey all the way to you brewing something delicious at home.
From the coffee farm to your kitchen counter, you’ll learn how this crop is transformed into the coffee beans you brew at home – planting, harvesting, processing, shipping, roasting and how these steps affect your coffee experience.
We’ll use a few different brew methods to experiment with some home-brewing tips. Everyone will leave with a bag of coffee.

The class will take place in the Established Coffee Training Room, which is adjacent to the cafe on Hill Street. Make your way to the cafe, just before 11am, and we'll bring everyone across to the Training Room. There are 6 spaces on each class, for group bookings or further enquiries, you can e-mail us.
