In the 1950s, the Hidalgo family began to grow coffee on land located in La Libertad Municpality, Huehuetenango. Don Silvano Hidalgo inherited a part of the farm in the 1970s from his father, named Las Camelias; getting this name as his father grew Camelia flowers in his garden.

Paraiso has a solid base sweetness and body to stand up to the red grape acidity, giving a broad spectrum of possible cup profiles to work however you’re brewing. In pour over devices, with a paper filter, the final cup emphasises brightness.
