This is a Brazil that we feel we've probably undersold with the flavour descriptors on the label - the notes on the bag are all in the cup, but it has much more complexity than 3 descriptors can explain.

When brewed this coffee has a lot of 'red' in the aroma and flavour - chocolate covered red berries make this sweet and bright, with a ripe melon note giving a full-bodied mouthfeel too. It does have ripe pear notes (more obvious in filter than espresso brews) and something of a pistachio ice-cream characteristic when extracted slightly further too.

Brazilian coffees often have the familiar and comforting notes of chocolate and nuts, which is why so many people love drinking them every day, but there is so much more happening across the biggest coffee producing country in the world and it's always exciting to find coffees that showcase this incredible diversity.
