A complex, fruit forward coffee with good clarity and signs of a positive extended fermentation. Flavours of redcurrant, fig and raisin, coupled with a solid milk chocolate note reminds us of a Fruit & Nut bar.
The citrus acidity is mild and rounded, added depth to the brewed cup without overpowering the darker fruit & chocolate notes.
