We're excited to release Black Condor, a new fully washed coffee from a community-focused project in Tolima, Colombia, brought to us by Forest Coffee. The project works with 86 farmers to grow and process cleaner coffees with fewer defects. Black Condor is grown at high altitudes, producing a complex and flavourful coffee with bags of sweetness and well structured acidity resulting in a tasty brew across all brew methods.

The project maintains a stable price for the farmers, allowing them to continue growing and improving their methods without the financial worry of market changes.
