This is a coffee full of vibrancy and bright fruits. Lots of stone fruit and citrus. It has a good level of sweetness but acidity is definitely front and centre. This does allow a fair amount of play in the brewing, with shorter brew times emphasising the acidity whilst longer brews will bring more balance through sweetness.
