A natural process coffee from Burundi, that is fruity, round, but also has a bright vibrancy that keeps it on the cleaner tasting end of the natural coffee spectrum.
This coffee is has pineapple notes up front, sweetness and fuller mouthfeel that reminds us of papaya, and a long finish like a black grape. This coffee showcases the skill of the producers in adding sweetness and texture during the natural processing whilst avoiding any negative over-fermented notes being added.
