Established & Formative Presents: Ian Kissick WBC Coffee Tasting

We are delighted to welcome the Irish Barista Champion & World Barista Championship Finalist, Ian Kissick to the cafe for an evening of tasting and conversation.

Ian is the founder of Formative Coffee, which started as a cafe in London, having progressed on to roasting in the last year. His achievements in the coffee competition world in the last 2 years alone include WBC 6th Place (2024), Irish Barista Champion (2024), World Espresso Champion (2024) Irish Brewers Cup 2nd Place (2024), UK Barista Champion (2023). We've invited Ian along to share his insights in to the world of barista competitions and more importantly a chance to taste the coffees he served at the WBC this year.

On the evening of Sunday 2nd June, you'll get a chance to try the espresso, the milk beverage and also the signature beverage. We'll have a bit of discussion, q&a and there will be a chance to pick up some of the coffee too.

Tickets are limited, we recommend picking up the Tasting + Bag of Coffee option (£30) or if you just want to taste the coffee (or you're coming as a couple) the option of just the tasting is also available (£10). Tickets are available now over at formative.coffee!

Opportunities like this don't come often...these experiences are almost always reserved for the judges only, so we cannot wait for this.
