We are hiring: Head Roaster!

We’re on the lookout for someone with proven coffee roasting experience and has a desire to roast consistently great coffee. Working with importers to source the best green coffees for our line up and managing a quality control programme that gets the most out of those coffees. We are a small, quality focussed roastery who are slowly but surely growing and we’re looking for someone who wants to work as part of the team to deliver for our customers.
