This year we wanted to create an amazing blend of coffees so we set out to find coffee specifically for this Christmas Blend; the result of that search is a mix of 3 coffees that produce a delicious cup of coffee that we're incredibly proud of.

Los Pinos is a washed Colombian coffee, from the Huila region, is from Yacqueline Hernández's farm Los Pinos. Bright and sweet, the multiple phases included within their washed processing gives a depth of complexity that brings the vibrancy and adds sweetness to the blend.

Campos Altos contributes the structure to the blend, with the round chocolatey notes that naturally processed Brazilian coffees do so well. Campos Altos helps make this coffee taste as good an espresso as well as a filter brew.

El Indio's naturally processed Colombian brings the fun to the party, with big, bold flavour alongside lots of sweetness and body. The candied clementine and big red fruit notes are big and punchy in the Indio.
