Kitchen Staff (Full-time)

We are currently hiring for our kitchen team. Experience working in a professional kitchen whilst desired, is not essential. The most important thing is having the right attitude and showing commitment to the job. The Established Kitchen is a busy kitchen which focuses on regular seasonal menu changes. Kitchen is open until 3pm daily, whilst there are prep and cleaning duties after 3pm, this is a daytime position.

Responsibilities and Requirements

The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

· A genuine passion for food

. Team player - you enjoy working with others

· Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification

· Fastidious attention to detail, organisation and efficiency

· Punctuality and flexibility with working hours

· Personally presentable, you must be clean and presentable at all times

· The innate desire to exceed customer service expectation at all times

Flexibility & availability to work weekends (both Saturday & Sunday) is a must. Applications are invited for 32 to 40 hours p/week.
