We move back to Colombia for our next go-to coffee in the green label bag. This coffee stood out to us for its bright, clean acidity along with a medium-high sweetness that provides a round, soft base for a coffee that is accessible but still has plenty of complexity.

More info from Osito, the importer of this coffee:

La Muralla is an informal group of young producers in one of Huila's southernmost municipalities, San Agustín. Osito started working in San Agustín long before we even had a legal company and some of the first producers we met here are still part of the core of our work there today.

This group of producers has the youngest average age of any we are partnered with, as most are in their mid-to-late 20's. With that youth comes the energy and passion for producing high-end specialty coffee.

As with all our producer relationships, we commit to buying everything that they produce that is 84 points and higher, at various fixed prices depending on the
quality. We actually have difficulty finding 84 point coffees, because the average cup score is so high as a result of the diligence and skill of this group of farmers.

Grind: If you need your coffee ground, select on the dropdown. Let us know in the "Special Instructions" if there is any other specific brew method you need the coffee ground for.
