Established Coffee: Food Project #2 | BelFeast (Ferment, Pickle & Preserve)
Join us on Sunday 25th March at 12pm, for an an interactive workshop considering a number of resourceful food practices. Through discussion and instructed activity, participants will learn how to ferment, pickle, and preserve a selection of local produce. As part of the workshop, refreshments will be provided throughout, and participants will leave with a jar to take home their ferments and pickles.
This workshop will be led by Phillip McCrilly & Stephen Arnott from the Established kitchen, taking ideas which inform the menu in the cafe and teaching you how to do it yourself at home.
The workshop will take place in our First Floor Training Room, which is adjacent to our cafe on Hill Street. If you have any accessibility requirements, please advise of these in advance (email: firstname.lastname@example.org).
