Roastery Assistant

Established Coffee is a café and roastery located in the heart of downtown Belfast. We strive to deliver the best customer experience in all that we do. The Established Roastery opened in November 2020, giving us that extra level of input in the coffee supply chain - something that we've had in the works for a long time. The roastery has worked as a small core team over the last year and we're excited to add to the team as we continue to grow.

We seek a hard-working individual to join our Roasting/Production Team at our roastery in Sailortown.

Responsibilities

This position will work with the roastery to ensure each order is filled efficiently and accurately. Communication and teamwork will be key elements to the success of this role. If you like being part of a fast-paced environment with repetitive and focused actions, this could be the job for you. Operations on the production line do not differ greatly daily, but our volume does. We approach each day, regardless of volume, to manage our time efficiently and hit our goals. The role includes:

· Packing coffee for dispatch

· Fulfilling orders including preparing and labelling coffee bags & shipments

· Administrative duties for order fulfilment & tracking

· Cleaning of roastery

· Assisting in stock management and record-keeping

· Support at external events when needed

Job Requirements

· Be organised and prioritise tasks while being focused on detail

· Be on time, be reliable, be consistent, be solution-oriented

· Have good communication skills, be a team player

· Have a great work ethic and the ability to work independently when needed

· Be confident in the use of online interfaces for our webshop (shopify), subscription service and shipping services
