This coffee is the naturally processed sibling of our Adado Washed.
‘Classic’ Ethiopian naturals are often heavy in blueberry and darker fruit notes but this is something quite different. As soon as you begin brewing you’ll be hit by tropical, yellow fruit aromas; pineapple is obvious from the off and will be a big player throughout your drinking experience.
Once you start drinking you’ll notice the pineapple aromas deepen into cooked pineapple, with sweetness being the prominent accompanying taste and acidity taking a backseat. Likewise the passionfruit and lemon drops that we have experienced all speak to the sweetness of the brewed coffee.
