Another great offering from the O'Coffee Estates, this lot coming from the farms of Santa Adélia & Nossa Senhora Aparecida where the extensive experience in growing and processing specialty coffees really shines through in the cup.

This coffee has all the smoothness and full body that we expect of a go-to coffee like this from Brazil. It is chocolate, with a rich cocoa flavour and caramel. We also found a fragrant/floral character with notes of pear and vanilla. On the whole, we selected this coffee for it's overall approachability, but it stood out because it has a little bit more interest to it...it's a fantastic example of a natural process coffee from Brazil.
