This coffee from Finca El Pozo in El Salvador, is a coffee which has so clearly had a lot of care taken in the growing and processing. One of the unique features that you will notice about the Pacamara variety is the large size of the beans themselves. This, along with the honey processing, leads to a coffee that has been a challenge to roast, but one that has produced consistently tasty results. There is a coating almost velvety mouthfeel with this coffee with sweet grape, almost winey at times and a floral honey. This is met with a clean, fresh finish that leaves you wanting to come back for more. It's a coffee that is well structured and just truly delicious.
