Our next main coffee takes us north from Peru and into Colombia. La Flora is a group of producers led by Eduar Moriones. All lots from La Flora are processed at a centralised location, in an operation managed by a single person which creates a high level of quality and consistency.
This lot from La Flora is perfect for these winter days, with fudge-like sweetness and chocolate notes that make this coffee a hug-in-a-mug. The cup rounds out with clean, fruity notes of black cherry, balancing well with the rich chocolate & fudge flavours.
