This unique blend is born from the dedication of five passionate producers in the heart of the Mantiqueira Mountains, in Natércia, Minas Gerais. Each farmer brings generations of experience, deep family roots, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

For many, coffee farming is more than a livelihood — it’s a legacy. One family began with a humble plot, acquired through great effort, and passed down from father to son. Today, they continue the tradition, cultivating their land with care and unity.

The region’s rich terroir and ideal microclimate provide the perfect environment for specialty coffee. High altitudes, cool nights, and fertile soils contribute to the complex flavors found in every cup.Producer Ronaldo Lucas da Silva began his journey in the early 2000s when he married into a coffee-growing family and took over Fazenda Pedrão, originally purchased in 1984. With renewed passion and agronomic support, the farm now grows over 20,000 Arara coffee trees, producing beans of exceptional quality, vibrant aromas, and distinctive character.

Together, these producers represent the best of Brazilian craftsmanship — honoring the past while investing in the future. This blend is a celebration of their collective story: a labor of love, shaped by hands, hearts, and the land.

The natural processing begins with the selection of ripe coffee cherries, the ripeness is measured using a Brix level check; this evaluates the sugar content in the cherries. Harvesting is done by hand to ensure only the best cherries are picked. Once harvested, the cherries are washed to remove any dirt or dust before being passed through a density sorter known as a ‘lavador’ in Brazil, which separates cherries that aren’t a the right stage of ripeness. The cherries are then laid out on patios or suspended beds for 2-4 weeks of drying where the natural sugars from the still in tact pulp ferments and imparts its flavours on the seeds inside.
