This coffee is a perfect example of the coffees we love to source for our green labelled bags - something that tastes great across the spectrum of brewing methods whilst balancing approachable flavours with layers of complexity that can be uncovered.

This coffee has a lot of sweetness which, when combined with the round body, gives us the notes of butterscotch. This gives way to sweet, fruity notes of plum and has a refreshing raspberry acidity.

This coffee is grown by a group of over 50 producers, led by Edilma Polania Bermeo and the ASOCAFOR co-operative. This coffee was sourced for us by Osito Coffee, who have been working with this co-operative over the last 3 years. Together they have worked to ensure this single origin blend has a great cup quality and that the producers are paid a premium for the level of quality being produced.
