This coffee is a stunning example of the kind of incredible coffee that comes from a group of producers in Colombia. It's approachable with a creamy, round body that gives us the notes of fudge. This gives way to sweet, fruity notes of raspberry and has a clean white grape acidity.

This coffee is grown by a group of over 50 producers, led by Edilma Polania Bermeo and the ASOCAFOR co-operative. This coffee was sourced for us by Osito Coffee, who have been working with this co-operative over the last 3 years. Together they have worked to ensure this single origin blend has a great cup quality and that the producers are paid a premium for the level of quality being produced.
