Pre-Christmas Shipping Update

An important update on Royal Mail’s pre-Christmas shipping times: Due to a backlog caused by the ongoing strikes Royal Mail have notified us that orders being shipped after the 16^th of December are unlikely to be delivered before Christmas.

For any orders being placed on or after the 16^th we would recommend choosing DPD shipping at the checkout (Next Day for NI and ROI, 2 Day Service to GB). Orders placed up until 12noon on the 22^nd of December, with DPD as the chosen shipping method. DPD shipping will then be closed until the 30^th of December before closing again until the 4^th of January.

Orders placed with Royal Mail shipping will be dispatched up until the 21st of December, with delivery projected to be post-Christmas.

Royal Mail Strike Action: Strikes are marked for the 14^th, 15^th, 23^rd and 24^th of December and we will not be dispatching any Royal Mail orders on those dates.

Click & Collect

Ordering to collect from the Café will be available until the 22^nd, with the café open until __pm on Christmas Eve for you to collect your order. The café will reopen on December 28^th at 8am.

The Roastery will fulfil orders, working around the limitation of our shipping partners between Christmas and New Year with normal daily shipping returning on Tuesday 4^th of January 2023.
